It’s been a hot minute, but I’m back with another Thrifted Thursday! This time it’s from a fun little shop in the Pacific Northwest: The Red Light Clothing Exchange. Check out the detail on this vintage shirt dress! See more and read all about it after the jump.
Be still my heart! I found the most darling vintage shirt dress ($16.99) on my trip to Portland last month. She was waiting patiently for me on the racks of The Red Light Clothing Exchange and didn’t play hard to get, tucked away alongside the other XS (shout out to Red Light for organizing the merch by size and article type! Not that I don’t enjoy a good, old-fashioned dig through crates and racks every now and then). I absolutely adore the pattern on this dress. The orange flowers and brown branches give me warm autumn vibe, which is great because fall is knock-knock-knockin’ on our doors. The tag doesn’t list the fabric but it feels silky, is slightly sheer and has a vibrant sheen to it. I can’t wait to wear it! I have a muted nude flat that would work nicely here, since the print does most of the talking, or a light brown strappy sandal that could do the trick. Of course, I’ll post it as an Outfit of the Day when I finally wear it.
Grand total: $16.99
