On a recent jaunt to Sunday’s Best Thrift Apparel in Echo Park, I discovered this gem hidden in a pile of scarves. This black-and-grey leopard print scarf ($2) is perfect for tying as a hair bow, or even to spice up a dull outfit as a necktie.
