Oh, hey. Didn’t see you there. “What have I been up to?,” you ask. I recently partnered with PrettyLittleThing to bring you a super versatile day-to-night fashion haul that ranges from casual cute to hot girl summer. Yes, I’m serving you looks that work for day and shine in the night. To start, here’s one that is undeniably meant for an evening out on the town.
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.” 2 Corinthians 4:16
These outfits feature some of my favorite accessories (What’s not to love about bright pops of color, and who doesn’t get life from a good statement necklace?), but as you feast your eyes on these ensembles, you’ll see that one of my main accessories is missing: my AFO brace. I’ve regained strength in my foot after the MS-related flareup that I experienced in September 2017. God is good! More on that next week … But with renewed strength comes a renewed desire to stunt on ’em. Thanks to PrettyLittleThing, I have some killer outfits for you to do just that.

This Outfit of the Night is another from the many birthday celebrations I’ve enjoyed over the past couple of weeks. Birthday month! Woop woop! My pal, Briana, treated me to dinner at The Attic in Long Beach to commemorate this new year of life. Seriously, run, don’t walk. A Flaming Hot Cheetos crumble on all the macaroni and cheeses? Yes, please! But I digress. See the full evening ensemble after the jump!
For this Outfit of the Night, I went tropical chic for my company’s chartered yacht to the Catalina Wine Mixer. Just kidding! It was a good old-fashioned sunset cruise in Marina del Rey with my colleagues to celebrate the end of the school year. See more of this look after the jump!
My Hawaii vacation was pretty amazing (check back tomorrow for the full Travel Log), and it was only enhanced by exploring the island’s best attractions and venues while wearing some fabulous outfits. In this dual Outfit of the Day and Night, I step out in style with two lovely pieces, courtesy of Tobi, the online retailer that has THE most darling women’s apparel and has been featured in many a Fancy Things Friday.

You all saw how the day portion of my recent birthday celebration went, but inside you’ll find a glimpse of what I was up to later that evening. Spoiler alert: I was wearing this crop top and high-waisted skirt combo with these killer wedges.

Sparkles, shimmer and glitter go hand in hand with the ideal New Year’s Eve get-up. My theory is, the more shine to your outfit, the better your night will be. See more of this glitzy look after the jump!
Rain, rain, go away! But first let me take some outfit pictures.

A celebration is in order! My guy and I are going on one year strong. We got gussied up for recent date night — Dash in his stepped-up streetwear and I in this darling dress. We had a lovely time, and looked lovely doing it, if I can say so myself.

“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” 3 John 1:2
I had to dress it up a bit for my 30th birthday on Monday. After having a wonderful weekend in the Bay Area, my BF, some friends and I celebrated at Mai Tai Bar in Downtown Long Beach. I’m in love with this shade of coral! It looks great on my skin, if I can say so myself. Of course, I went with my tried-and-true gold accents to complete my look. If you can’t tell, I’m welcoming 30 in with open arms. Get over here, you big galoot!

“My heart, O God, is steadfast, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music.” Psalm 57:7
“Helloooo. Is it me you’re looking for?” Why yes, yes it is. Tee hee! Last night a few gal pals and I went to the Lionel Richie concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim (thanks for the tickets, Bernie!), with CeeLo as the opening act. I wanted to make a statement so I rocked this head wrap and black strapless jumpsuit. I took the painless route and wore these sandals, and tied it all together with a thrifted shoulder bag. The title of the concert, “All The Hits All Night Long Tour,” was spot on as Lionel played all the jams, including “Hello,” “Say You, Say Me,” “Endless Love” (sans Diana), “Stuck on You,” “Dancing on the Ceiling,” “All Night Long” (of course), and some Commodores tunes such as “Brick House” and “Fancy Dancer” (my new theme song).
