1. Friends, meet Mipacha. Handmade in Peru, it’s apparent that its shoes, such as the Cavillaca Alto Llama Aviacion, are each carefully crafted with love. I mean, feast your eyes on the detailed print and leather laces. An added bonus is that every pair sold in the online store comes packaged with a hand-woven bracelet and an optional backpack made from Mipacha’s residual material. (mipacha.us)

2. This Trapeze Embossed Blouse from My BFF Couture has all the frills, and I can’t argue with that. This eccentric top makes quite a statement, with the floral print speaking the loudest to my heart. (karmaloop.com)

3. Topshop’s A-Line Box Pleat Dress is shaping up to be a staple for winter, as this one works with just about any occasion. Not to mention, the grey hue is versatile enough to play with myriad accessories. (topshop.com)

4. Every now and then, I like to check on what the wholesalers are talking about. This time, they made it abundantly clear that this cobalt blue One-piece Skinny Jumpsuit belongs in my closet. (lovelywholesale.com)

5. Is this from The Great Gatsby wardrobe closet? Well, it certainly looks the part, and I’m all for it. This Jazz Age Sweater Dress, inspired from the 1920s, features a pronounced black-and-white chevron jacquard print that’s just screaming for some improvisation with layers, leggings and a killer heel. 1. I’ve always felt lucky to be born in July because my birthstone is ruby, the most beautiful gemstone, in my personal opinion. And it appears my luck may have just improved because I discovered these Ruby Red and Swarovski Stud Earrings from the Etsy shop, Petite Delights by Iloniti. These are like the cherry on top of any outfit, and totally remind me of Christmastime. (etsy.com)

2. “Be silly. Be honest. Be kind.” Now that’s my kind of mantra. This darling little Itty Bitty Be Silly Bowl from Aoki Boutique is perfect for holding rings or earrings, or even organizing loose change. This design accent is both functional and quite fun. (aokiboutique.com)

3. Ah, to be wrapped up in this super cozy, heather grey Reverse Herringbone Pullover on a chilly autumn day. This Merino wool sweater from Madewell looks how a warm hug feels. Sign me up! (madewell.com)

4. Looking like a stylish, put-together professional could be as simple as putting on this sleek Cream Pussybow Tweed Jumpsuit. It transitions well from day to night, or “from desk to dinner,” as River Island puts it. (riverisland.com)

5. This stunning Sequins of Events Tribal Bustier from Go Jane already has me dreaming of New Year’s Eve. My ideal sequence of events in this feisty, festive little number? Good music, erratic dancing, the company of loved ones and priceless memories. (gojane.com)

1. The Flud Duffle (Black Croco) makes me want to go on a trip just so I can look fly en route. Now that’s what I mean by traveling in style. (fludwatches.com)

2. I appreciate the playfulness of this Triple Triangle Rhinestone Necklace. Don’t let the dainty size fool you — this piece packs a stylish punch. (urbanoutfitters.com)

3. Go on and dust your shoulders off, ladies! As a matter of fact, go ahead and bedazzle them. That had to have been the line of thinking when the designers of Wallis Fashion crafted this Petite Black Embellished Jumpsuit. Or at least that’s how it goes in my head. (wallisfashion.com)

4. These White Pockets Floral Casual Pants are just screaming to be paired with a brightly colored blazer. I personally would go with a mustard yellow — my favorite fall hue. Close second is burnt orange, in case you were wondering. (sheinside.com)

5. Speaking of color, I am enamored with the rich shade of these grape-colored Luxe Ankle Grazer Cigarette Pants. These trousers are also the perfect length for showing off your snazziest shoes. (asos.com)

1. Ladies and gents, Lulu Guinness. What a wonder she is. I’m particularly fond of the way the British designer takes the K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Silly) concept and runs wild with her Long Sleeve Sweat Pullover in Off White. I’m especially loving the hearts and kisses taking center stage and the striped sleeves tying it all together. (uniqlo.com)

2. This Black Jacquard Collared Fit and Flare Dress just channels a grown-up Wednesday Addams, which I find utterly awesome (snap, snap). (riverisland.com)

3. Houndstooth, how I’ve missed you! What a darling reunion we have with this Motel Amy Backless Playsuit in Houndstooth Black and White. And the cutout back only ups the ante. (motelrocks.com)

4. OK, OK. I’ll admit it. Jackets like this Dark Gray High Neck Single Button Plain Coat from Kisschic kinda make me excited about fall and winter. (kisschic.com)

5. Strut your stuff in these Margo Printed Soft Pants by Sabine. Whether you’re getting all gussied up or keeping it casual, these fun little numbers will elevate your look. (piperlime.com)

2. Alice and Olivia’s Piano Bag infuses playfulness and style in this über-unique across-the-body bag. I’ve got the sudden urge to play “Chopsticks,” by the way. (aliceandolivia.com)

3. The label True Decadence at ASOS says it all. This True Decadence Tall Strappy Colour Block Jumpsuit is just that: truly decadent! So many styling options flood my mind when I see something as polished and charming as this. (asos.com)

4. I say “faux sho” to this Faux Leather Pleated Skirt from Forever 21. Someone get me a knit top and a red lip STAT! (forever21.com)

2. This Snake Panel Cross Body Bag with Square Lock is like a cool breeze on a hot summer day. Drink it in. (asos.com)

1. Happy Fourth, y’all! Red, white and blue are a must for today, but you can be patriotic all year long with these stars-and-stripes Van Doren Authentic kicks. Pair these with a chambray shirt and some white denim, and you’ll be a modern-day Auntie Sam. (vans.com)

2. This is not your average swimsuit. This lovely Zimmermann Elixir Frill Tankini brings a certain elegance and charm to all notions of takinis that have come before it. I’d even dare to wear the top for an evening look — and passersby would be none the wiser. (shopplanetblue.com)

3. What’s not to love about this Back Detail T-shirt from Mango? From the polka dots to the scoop neck to the two bows across the back (the ’90s called and we were happy to catch up!), this top brings the party wherever you are. (mango.com)

4. Time surely is on Kate Spade’s side, as the designer never fails to bring us wonderful accessories on top of daring fashion. I’m especially intrigued by this Metro watch, with is big face, textured leather strap and dot detail. (katespade.com)

5. Looks like Forever 21 has turned up the heat with its Tulip-Back Printed Romper. You can’t see it in the picture, but this playsuit features a cutout in the back that sends the message that you’re ready for a night to remember. (forever21.com)

1. Turn heads in this fluorescent MinkPink Temple Romper that just screams “summer madness.” We hear you loud and clear! (shopbop.com)

2. Keep your eyes on the prize, whatever it may be, in these snazzy Sunpocket Samoa Sunglasses. I’m partial to the dark tortoise hue pictured here, but the crystal greys go just as hard. And the best part about these shades is they fold! The perfect answer to a girl’s wish of a less bulky purse. (madewell.com)

3. There’s something off about this Multicolor Long Sleeve Graffiti Print Dress that makes it on, if that makes any sense. This wearable piece of art is bold enough to do allll the talking for one outfit. (sheinside.com)

4. Leave it to Kenzo to make sequins super stylish. This Blue Embroidered & Sequined Fish Jacquard Sweatshirt is far from gaudy, but is just the right blend of flair and simplicity. (ssense.com)

5. Tiptoe through the tulips in these Floral Canvas Lace Up sneakers from You Must Create. Throw on these to brighten up any ensemble, if you dare. (youmustcreate.com)

“My heart, O God, is steadfast, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make music.” Psalm 57:7

“Helloooo. Is it me you’re looking for?” Why yes, yes it is. Tee hee! Last night a few gal pals and I went to the Lionel Richie concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim (thanks for the tickets, Bernie!), with CeeLo as the opening act. I wanted to make a statement so I rocked this head wrap and black strapless jumpsuit. I took the painless route and wore these sandals, and tied it all together with a thrifted shoulder bag. The title of the concert, “All The Hits All Night Long Tour,” was spot on as Lionel played all the jams, including “Hello,” “Say You, Say Me,” “Endless Love” (sans Diana), “Stuck on You,” “Dancing on the Ceiling,” “All Night Long” (of course), and some Commodores tunes such as “Brick House” and “Fancy Dancer” (my new theme song).
