“Ba-da-ba-ba-ba.” You may recognize this festive, vintage tee from a Thrifted Thursday. Yes, it’s true. I partied at McDonald’s as a kid, and the Mickey D’s turn up still continues from time to time. In fact, I had lunch there yesterday.

See more of this easy, breezy look after the jump!

“Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God has already approved what you do.” Ecclesiastes 9:7

There’s nothing that a little Hi-C Orange can’t fix! As you can see, my taste buds are delighted and my mood was quite pleasant after a trip to McDonald’s. This outfit pays homage to this fast food factory, and was a long time in the making. I’m notorious for buying things, especially those of the thrifted variety, and taking forever to actually wear them. I’ve had this super rare McDonald’s belt for YEARS (check out all the iconic characters), this T-shirt since June and this acid-wash Bugle Boy skirt since May 2013. This gem of a denim pencil skirt I acquired at the 99 Cent Store of all places (hey, I’ll thrift any and everywhere), and my sister took the waist in for a snug fit. I wrapped the whole look up with a red lip, red headband and red Chuck Taylor sneakers, with a smidge of gold in the earrings.
