Kitchen Diaries: Asian-Flavored Tilapia

This was one of those meals I made on the fly a couple days ago. I wanted to venture out from my usual lemon baked tilapia recipe and try something different. Luckily, I had some stir fry sauce handy. After a light salt and pepper seasoning, I coated the fish on both sides with the sauce, using a brush to ensure an even distribution of the flavor. Then I baked it for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees. I paired the tilapia with some sticky rice and steamed broccoli, and was pleasantly surprised at my improvisational skills.
